Remembering POEA MC 04? a fellow blogger ‘Pedestrian Observer’ had just brought up again the resurrection of this MC 04, on his article “POEA MC 04 Ressurected”,

One thing why most OFW, particularly those who are affected by this MC 04 are not in favor of this, is that the credibility of issuing such MC is sometimes not really helping out those OFWs, as what POEA would sometimes claim. This is due to the lack of government will and time and proven experience of many OFW who had one way or the other had experiences so many instances of lack of support to the said agency. Personally. The bigger question is how sincere the government about it and making sure there is no such pretense agenda behind it.
